1. Jet Pump (Specialized Technology)+Specially Designed Cold Water Heater:
The dedicated jet pump completes the system's continuous oil return without energy consumption, which is safe and reliable.
The self-designed jet pump utilizes a unique internal structure that allows the system to return to oil without energy consumption. At the same time, there is no transmission mechanism and there is no mechanical damage problem, thereby making the system more safe and reliable.
The specially designed high performance cold water heater can reduce the condensing temperature and increase the evaporation temperature of the unit. The uniquely designed cold water heater is used to improve the heat transfer effect, reduce the system condensing temperature, increase the system evaporation temperature, and reduce the power consumption of the compressor unit.
The control of the flow rate of the refrigerant in the cold water heater, the optimized layout of the tubes, and the high-efficiency fin inner and outer heat exchange tubes improve the heat transfer performance.
2. Group protection:
Overvoltage, undervoltage, three-phase unbalance, and under-phase protection are provided for the power supply of the customer-supplied unit; the unit has as many as 30 protection functions: including compressor overload, overheating, and stall protection; system high-voltage, low-voltage and Differential pressure protection; evaporator outlet temperature is too low protection, evaporator antifreeze protection, condenser inlet water temperature is too low protection; abnormal water flow protection.
It has password protection function to prevent the malfunction of the unit caused by the misoperation of unauthorized persons; it has the function of self-checking of the power supply to prevent the unit from starting abnormally; it has the condenser cleaning reminding function; the above protection function provides comprehensive protection for the safe operation of the unit.
3. Semi-hermetic motors:
The machine is integrated with the compressor and is sealed with a flange. There is no refrigerant leakage problem and the operation noise is low.
The use of liquid refrigerant cooling, low operating temperature and high efficiency, the room requires only general ventilation equipment.
4. PID Control Features:
The PLC controller adopts advanced PID control function to automatically adjust the unit load according to the difference between the outlet water temperature and the target temperature and the temperature change trend, so that the water temperature meets the demand in the shortest time and the water temperature is stabilized within the target temperature ±0.5°C. .
5. Spray (falling film) units:
Specially designed shower device allows liquid refrigerant to distribute evenly downwards above the array.
After the unit is positioned, the tilt can still work normally within 4mm/m.
